Job Objective: Arrange logistical and administrative process of global business.  Handle purchase orders  from customers and provide service with care. Keep updating price list and stock balance. Cover team members.

 

Responsibilities:

■Sales operation for delivery from warehouse stocks and direct sales to    customers in EU countries.

    -Receive and confirm purchase order from customers

    -Correspond with customers to adjust and confirm delivery details           

    -Arrange delivery including coordination with warehouse company

■SAP operation for delivery from warehouse stocks and direct sales customers    in EU countries.

    -Update all the purchase order processes in SAP logistic module timely

    -Issue necessary shipping documents to customers

■Control stock balance at AKEU warehouse in order to avoid shortage or slow      Moving.

■Support sample delivery from EU stocks and group companies.

■File and keep the fixed price list for customers updated.

 

Job Requirements:

 -Minimum of three years of logistic related job experience.

 -Experience of import/export goods from/to outside EU countries including Incoterms and custom clearance knowledge is preferable.

 -Basic problem solving and analytical skills to handle logistic and sales administrative Matters.

 -Data entry, modification and proper output skills for SAP logistic module is preferable.

 -Working knowledge of MS office including Excel.

 -Excellent oral and written communication skill.

 -Business level English and German skill.

 -Japanese is preferable.
