- Sales and distribution of our Products
- Support of existing regular customers
- Building new customer relationships
- Timely recognition of business transactions and support of customers
- Technical customer advice and support primarily online via web and or telephone
- Support and participation in events and trade fairs
Requirements:
- Electrical, electrotechnical and mechanical knowledge through a completed apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- PLC knowledge
- Technical field service support
- Strong service orientation, especially in customer service
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, especially in the area of report writing
- Sense of responsibility, communication skills, independent working style, organizational strength and resilience
