• Customer service/logistics practice 
• Export/import arrangement/management
• Delivery date and shipping management 
• Communication with transportation companies, head office, local sales team, and customers

Ihre Qualifikation:

• General computer software knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Communication skills
•  As well as previous work experience or vocational training in import/export transactions.
• Business level German and English language skills (Japanese not required)
