Scope of work:
- Areas in charge: Germany and EU countries (incl. Eastern Europe countries)
- Number of direct customers: About 10 to 20 existing customers (incl. agencies)
- Segments in charge: Fuel cell / Water electrolysis catalysts, Automobile parts, Semiconductors, Electrical parts, Medical equipment, Precious metal recycling etc.
- Number of our sales departments: 9 employees (17 employees in total)
- Report line: Managing Director, Chief Sales Manager
Tasks:
- Creating and executing a budget for the customer in charge
- Management of important customers and development of new businesses
- Collection of related market information
- Business negotiations with potential customers, agents, dealers, and providers (Our engineers will accompany you if necessary)
- Technical support, product education, and post-sales support services
- Prompt response to inquiries, quotations, proposals and credit management
- Attendance at exhibitions, conferences and seminars
- Creation of sales report (1 week)
- Business trip (50%)
Requirements:
- Educated in Chemistry, Machinery or Physics is desirable
- More than 3 years sales experience and technical sales experience in related industry (especially Automobile, Hydrogen society, Chemicals, Semiconductors, etc.)
- If you do not have the above experience, you need to have solid experience in selling specialty products (preferably Catalysts, Automobile parts, Semiconductors) and prove your abundant commercial background.
- English (Business level), Japanese (Preferable)
